Forestland Consultants, Inc. is a professional forestland and timber management company providing a full range of forest management services including the sale of timber and timberland. We have been in business in Wilkes County, North Carolina since 1982. Most of our clients are private non-industrial forestland owners who own as little as 5 acres to as much as 5,000 acres or more.
We have always maintained a "client comes first" attitude, and that has helped us achieve success in helping private forestland owners meet their forest management and land management goals.
We are committed to providing first rate forestry and land management services to our clients with up-to-date technology and equipment.

About:
Jeff Pardue has been a Forestry Consultant in Wilkesboro since 1982. The business became incorporated as Forestland Consultants, Inc. in 1996. Jeff is married to Cynthia (Cindy) Pardue, office administrator, and they reside in Wilkesboro, NC. When not serving his forestry clients, Jeff is often found performing with his Americana band, Backstreet, or hiking and fishing in his beloved Blue Ridge Mountains.

Will Beauchamp joined Forestland Consultants in June of 2023 after graduating from NC State. He was born and raised in Lewisville, NC and currently resides in Wilkes County. Growing up he could often be found fishing, playing lacrosse, swimming, or hanging out at High Rock Lake. Currently he spends much of his free time traveling, fishing, or hanging out with friends and family.

Beth Belote is the Forestland Consultants, Inc. office manager, having served in this position since 1992. Beth is the company's GIS specialist, but she is also involved with bookkeeping, report preparation, hunting lease administration, and all other office duties. Beth is married to Robert (Robbie) Belote, and the two of them are actively engaged in being grandparents to their three grandchildren.
